Section 01

Our Lending Commitments

We lend based on your income and banking history, not a credit score, and we cap what we lend at a level we believe you can reasonably repay from your next pay period.

  • No rollovers, refinancing, or loan extensions
  • Only one active loan per borrower at any time
  • No additional products sold alongside your loan
  • Maximum loan amount capped at 50% of your net pay

1. Minimum and Maximum Repayment Period

Section 03

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your loan agreement, without reason or cost, at any time before the end of the second business day following the date the agreement was entered into. To cancel, contact us at service@appletreecash.com or 1-888-674-1147 and return the full principal amount advanced to you.

Section 04

Default and Late Payment

If a payment is dishonoured, a single NSF fee of $20 applies per dishonoured instrument. Interest on any outstanding balance after default accrues at 30% per annum, non-compounding, until paid in full. If you anticipate difficulty repaying, contact us before your due date — we may be able to work out a payment arrangement.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, independent, non-profit credit counselling is available through Credit Counselling Canada.
